Yes - your information remains secure within the Trusted Standard system and is not used outside of the platform. When you have an external assessment, your self-assessment is temporarily shared with your assessor.

Here is an example of how each section is broken down into clear, manageable prompts, helping you explain your organisation’s approach in a straightforward way.
Once you have answered the diagnostic question, MIA will use your answers to generate a summary as shown above. The system will then also provide some recommended changes id the box directly below that you may want to consider to strengthen your summary.
Please note that the system will always provide recommended changes no matter how many times you improve your answers. Once you feel confident your summary is strong enough you may want move on to another section.
You can also upload linked evidence on the right hand side. MIA will use these documents and the contents to help structure and create a summary as well.
You watch support videos inside the self assessment MIA view at any time by clicking on the video icon found at the bottom left of the page.
You can view, invite and remove users by going to the user management tab on the left hand side. When inviting new users you can choose which role they will have, whether it is a view or an editor.
